Really good customer service, cozy ambiance.

The place is great value and nicely appointed, met required needs. The units are a nice size and recently refurbished with a very nice menu. Plus, the location is absolutely perfect and comfortable, minutes from a public square. And the area is very nice near a nearby cafe for coffee and croissants, or something better. Have a drink at the Irish bar.

the rooms are huge and romantic, the beds are exceptionally comfortable.

The stay was enjoyable, especially with the kids, as the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Louvre and Champs-Elysees. We appreciated the spaciousness of the Vendôme Executive Room, which allowed for a little extra room for everyone to relax. The staff was genuinely helpful and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed during our visit. The breakfast area felt a bit cramped, especially during peak hours.

Comfort, location, it was just good

I appreciated how quiet it was despite being centrally located. The bed was comfortable. That's extremely important.

The shower was strange: very hot/warm/very hot/warm... Water pressure too low for my taste.

The hotel's location is perfect, being close to major attractions and the beautiful Opera. The room was spacious and very clean, with a lovely terrace offering a view of the city. The breakfast served on the terrace was delightful, allowing guests to experience the true Parisian atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is situated on the conner of Place Vandome. In comparison with other Paris Hotels where I stayed previously the room was really nice, clean and renovated. And it was quite spacious for one person. These days in Paris were very hot, but the room is air conditioned.

The very superb location - in the middle between Louvre and Grand magasins/Opera. Close to Opera underground (Metro & rer) exchange station. Literaly the backdoor for "The Ritz", on the corner of Rue de la Paix. Eur 580 per 4 nights (ex-breakfast) for thi time of the year and this spot of Paris - reat. Free Wi-Fi!!!

Only French tv, but upon request bbc was added. Still, one simple, yet important improvement has to be made to tha bathroom of the room 102: please, install shower screen or curtain and a fixture higher on the wall for the showerhead... After long day in hot city it would be great to have proper shower - not just jugling with shower head on hoping no to soak whole floor...

The breakfast offered a generous selection, with delicious options like juicy steaks that pleased the palate. While the location is fantastic, a larger, more comfortable room would have significantly improved the experience.

The hotel was comfortable and modern, room was spacious. Location was fabulous! Room service was very good too.

Lobby is not inviting, but service was good and stay was very comfortable.

Shower equipment must be changed asap, shower`s mixer didnt work properly and made a strange noise. There was no any curtain above bathtub ..!

The hotel's charming atmosphere made it easy to unwind after a day of visiting landmarks like the Louvre and Eiffel Tower. Super friendly staff and an awesome breakfast really enhanced our stay, just like that helpful service mentioned in another review.

My kids wished for a larger play area for downtime.

Very good location. Staff very kind. I asked for a room change (because room 609 is quite dark) and the kindly moved to another room.

Low pression of hot water in the bath.

We loved the large and gracious bedroom/bathroom and in-room Wi-Fi for Internet access as well as easy access to the Madeleine and to shopping and sauntering. Proximity to Metro lines was a plus.
